Dr. Robert "Bobby" Savoie is Dean of Loyola's Joseph A. Butt, S.J., College of Business. A veteran engineer and entrepreneur, he built a 28-year career founding and leading technology companies — including Integrated Resources Group, Science & Engineering Associates, and Geocent — before being named Dean in 2024. A recipient of NASA's Distinguished Public Service Medal, he also served nine years on Loyola's Board of Trustees, including as Chair.

Dr. Nuwan Indika is the director of the Peter Callais Institute for Business Analytics. A Fulbright Scholar, he holds the Chase/Francis C. Doyle Distinguished Professorship. His research spans machine learning, econometrics, and applied business analytics, with publications in leading academic journals.

Dr. Nuwan Indika is the director of the Peter Callais Institute for Business Analytics at Loyola University New Orleans. A J. William Fulbright Scholar, he holds the Chase/Francis C. Doyle Distinguished Professorship and serves as Assistant Professor in the College of Business.
His research spans machine learning, econometrics, statistical modeling, and applied business analytics. He has published in leading academic journals and presented at major international conferences on topics including AI fairness, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making in business contexts.
Prior to Loyola, Dr. Indika held research positions at leading institutions in the United States and internationally. He is deeply committed to Jesuit values of education, service, and justice — and brings this commitment to every aspect of the Institute's work.
