About the Competition

What Is the DVC?

The Data Visualization Competition (DVC) is the Callais Institute's flagship student competition — open to all Loyola University students across every department and discipline.

Registration is open to all Loyola students across disciplines.

Students will submit their visual presentation slides.

Selected candidates will be invited as finalists to present their visual.

Each finalist delivers a 10-minute data storytelling presentation.

First place, first runner-up, and second runner-up will receive cash prizes and certificates. All other finalists will receive certificates.
